Movement and Meditation Videos $26

Stress is one of the leading causes for depression, anxiety, body ache, and many other physiological and biological ailments. This five day series will offer you movement exercises and meditations to help help reduce stress to aid in better sleep, improved mood, and building resilience. Each day we will spend time with a discussion of our designated topic, gentle stretching for the body, and meditation. Each class is 30 minutes and meditations will last anywhere from 5-15 minutes depending on the topic and meditation style.

Day 1 | Noticing the Mind – Noticing the way our mind moves is a critical first step to any meditation or spiritual practice. It is important to get a glimpse into how we talk to ourselves and what happens when we are left alone with ourselves. This class will offer awareness to help us when we become side tracked from our meditation practice.

Day 2 | Compassion – When we see our mind moving in ways we never realized, it can bring up judgment. When we notice we aren’t “meditating” we can feel like a failure. This class will offer practices to cultivate compassion toward self and others.

Day 3 | Breath – Meditation on breathing has been show to dramatically reduce stress and anxiety. In this class we will work with practices to turn on the parasympathetic nervous system to crate sense of ease when we need it most.

Day 4 | Things That Bind Us – Stress and anxiety show up in our body in many forms like muscle tension, eye twitch, illness. Working with a body scan meditation, we will find ways to tap into the deeper wisdom of the body to offer it ease.

Day 5 | Befriending the Mind – We will bring all these practices together to befriend our mind, as best we can. 🙂 When we are able to recognize our mind as an ally, we can bring ourselves back to a place of ease and comfort even when faced with stressful events.

This course is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners and meditation experience as well as complete beginners.

Five Kleshas Flow Yoga Videos $41

The five kleshas, or obstacles, prevent us from living our life to the fullest and cause tricks of the mind which cause suffering. Dive into philosophy of yoga in this five day, all-levels, yoga series focusing on the five kleshas. Each day we will spend time with a discussion of our designated topic followed by an all-levels flow yoga class meant to tap into the philosophy connecting us on a deeper level to our yoga practice. Handouts for is day are included with subscription. This course is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners, however, some yoga experience is recommended. Each class is one hour.

Day 1 | Ignorance – Often thought to be the gateway to the other obstacles, ignorance, or forgetfulness, can wreak havoc on our ability to find our place in the world. This all-levels flow yoga class will focus on taping in to the deep inner wisdom.

Day 2 | Ego – Although necessary for us to function day to day, the ego can some times take over our lives and drive down a path of resentment, hurt, anger, and so much more. This all-levels flow yoga class will focus on connecting with the ego to find how it can best serve without taking charge.

Day 3 | Attachment – When we become attached to things, people, whatever, this can cause suffering for us. This all-levels flow yoga class with focus on noticing what we cling to and how can we start to find the joy in each moment.

Day 4 | Aversion – We often resist things that we do not enjoy, people we dislike, etc. This all-levels flow yoga class will focus on noticing the things we stay away from and how does that connect with us on a deeper level in ourselves.

Day 5 | Fear – Many things in life are scary, and rightfully so, we stay away from them. Sometimes our mind makes up what we should be fearful of for not particular reason. This all-levels flow yoga class will encourage you to challenge some of the fears that may not be founded in reality.

Flow Through the Seven Chakras Flow

The seven chakras are energy centers located along our spine that move our energy through our body. When one, or more, is out of balance or overactive, we start to see imbalance, unhappiness, disease, and other issues arise in our life. This series will offer a lunch time break to move and flow with a focus on one chakra each week to see where there may be an imbalance, stretch and strengthen the body, and weave the philosophy of yoga into our practice so we can begin to take it off the mat and into the world. Each day will begin with a centering guiding around the specific chakra for the day followed by an all-levels flow yoga class meant to tap into the philosophy connecting us on a deeper level to our yoga practice. This course is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners, however, some yoga experience is recommended. Each class is 45 minutes.

Gentle Yoga and Meditation Videos $61

What better way to end your day than with some gentle stretching and meditation to melt the work of the day away and prepare yourself for deep sleep? These classes are meant to wind down the nervous system to reduce anxiety and stress from the day. No props are needed for these classes, including a yoga mat. It will be helpful to have a comfortable place where you can sit on the floor and have space to move your body around. Each class is 45 minutes.
