What a great way to enjoy summer by taking your yoga out on the water! Join Angelina for Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga classes. We will have 10-15 minutes of paddling to and from our yoga class destination where you will get to move and float through a core focused flow yoga class. Open to all-levels of yoga and paddling experience, this SUP Yoga class will offer you the opportunity to flow, breathe, and be in nature.

Dates/Times Lake Anna: Open to all-levels of yoga and paddling experience*, this SUP Yoga class will depart from High Point Marina and offer you the opportunity to flow, breathe, and be in nature. Registration is limited to 10 participants, so register early!

Pre-Registration and payment are required a minimum of 24hrs before class start time. Minimum age is 16.

If you’re a newbie to yoga and/or stand-up paddling, rest assured we will all be introduced to proper and safe paddle techniques including how to hold the paddle, stop, turn, and how to best maneuver the board to create a comfortable experience for everyone. With a focus on core, this all -levels SUP Yoga Class will offer lots of variations suitable for beginners and regular practitioners alike.

Tips and Requirements: Please wear proper clothing for weather and water, bring/wear sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), bring/drink water, bug spray, and extra dry clothes and a towel in case you fall in. But that’s part of the fun and will feel great in the heat this summer! Life vests are available for those who would like additional support during the class or are unable to tread water for a minimum of 1 minute. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Cancellations and Refunds: If a minimum of 3 participants isn’t reached 24 hours prior to class start time, class will be canceled and full refunds will be made. Weather can change quickly in Virginia, and if classes need to be canceled due to weather, you will receive notice 2 hours prior to the class start time and a full refund. If class has to end early due to un-safe conditions, you will be offered to attend a future SUP Yoga class at no additional cost. Because this is a small business, cancellations must be made with 48 hours or more notice to receive a refund, less any transaction fees, by emailing yogawithangelina@gmail.com. If cancellations are received with less than 48 hour notice, or no-show, no refund will be granted.
