Join Angelina for the this two hour virtual cooking class on designing meals to support you through the spring months for health and wellbeing. Incorporating fresh, whole ingredients that cultivate lightness and brightness, you’ll be ready to step your best foot forward this spring. By incorporating spring foods, it is possible to help manage seasonal allergies, begin to feel lighter in your step, and begin to feel a little sunnier.
