If you’re looking for fun things to do at Lake Anna, join Angelina for Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga classes!
Open to all-levels of yoga and paddling experience, this SUP Yoga class will offer you the opportunity to flow, breathe, and be in nature. Check out the events page for special SUP events and more fun things to do at Lake Anna.
Each SUP Yoga class consists of 10-15 minutes of paddling to and from our yoga class destination, followed by a core focused yoga class where you will get to move and float on the water, and close with a short paddle back to shore.
All-levels of yoga and paddling experience are welcome! SUP Yoga classes depart from High Point Marina off the 208 bridge in the middle of Lake Anna. Registration is limited to 7 participants, so register early!
