Understanding he five koshas, or layers of existence, is essential to living our yoga off our mat and in our life. A deep connection to these layers of Self can help create meaningful transformation in your life by understanding past trauma, the needs of your body, soul, and mind, and how to become aware when your energy is scattered and needs to be re-centered.
Week 1 | Annamaya Kosha: Physical Body – The physical form of Self which allows experiences in the world as we know it.
