Five Koshas Flow Yoga Series or Drop-In

Understanding he five koshas, or layers of existence, is essential to living our yoga off our mat and in our life. A deep connection to these layers of Self can help create meaningful transformation in your life by understanding past trauma, the needs of your body, soul, and mind, and how to become aware when your energy is scattered and needs to be re-centered.
Week 1 | Annamaya Kosha: Physical Body – The physical form of Self which allows experiences in the world as we know it.
Week 2 | Pranamaya Kosha: Energy Body – Referred to as the aura, the aspect of self that regulates the flow of energy within the physical body as well as the energy around and from the body.
Week 3 | Manomaya Kosha: Emotional Body – The aspect of self made of the thinking mind and emotions. Move past judgment of thoughts and/or emotions allowing yourself to feel as you are.
Week 4 | Vijnamaya Kosha: Wisdom Body – A deep inner knowing, or wisdom, to guide us through life. The aspect of being that connects us with the higher consciousness or awareness.
Week 5 | Anadamaya Kosha: Bliss Body – The aspect of being that allows to find a deep inner peace and joy. Free from suffering, it is the ability to connect with the sweetness of life.
What’s Included
Registration includes unlimited access to the video recordings following each session. A handout will be provided prior to each session to help attendees have a place to compile questions, observations, and insights throughout the course. Class will begin with 10-20 minutes of discussion, depending on the week’s topic, followed by a flow yoga class. Some classes may move more quickly than others or incorporate breathing techniques, mudras, and/or meditation. This course is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners, however, some yoga experience is recommended.
This series is worth 5 non-contact CEU’s with Yoga Alliance for yoga teachers.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the series or individual class time forfeit the registration fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the start of the series or individual class time will receive a full refund. Please remember, even if you are unable to attend in person, you will receive a recorded copy of the class.
