Gentle Yoga and Meditation
Series or Drop-In

What better way to end your day than with some gentle stretching and meditation to melt the work of the day away and prepare yourself for deep sleep? These classes are meant to wind down the nervous system to reduce anxiety and stress from the day. No props are needed for these classes, including a yoga mat. It will be helpful to have a comfortable place where you can sit on the floor and have space to move your body around.

This course is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners and meditation experience as well as complete beginners. This course will run 7-7:45pm EST, May 20-July 2. Please select your registration option below. This series builds on each previous class, so although drop-in is an option, you may miss a few things if you do not take the whole series. An email with a link to the class(es) you register for will be emailed to you after registration. If you register for the full series after May 21, you will still receive access to all seven class recordings. This course is worth 5.25 non-contact CEU’s through Yoga Alliance.
Once registered, you will receive a link to the live online course. If you are unable to attend at the designated time, the course will be recorded and sent to everyone regardless of attendance to watch at your leisure. Please join me!
