About

Angelina is a Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT500) and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance teaching yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda in the Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. area.

Although formally trained in Hatha yoga, I have studied many styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Ashtanga Mysore, Power, Forrest, Bhakti, Dharma, Rocket, Yin and Restorative. Pulling from these influences, my class will integrate breath work, strength building, balance, alignment, meditation, and fun.

I am one of the lead yoga teacher trainers at Radiance Yoga facilitating their 200Hour YTT and contributing to the 300Hour YTT modules. I am inspired by the curiosity and thoughtfulness of the trainees to continue my own studies and never stop learning.

I love spending time on the water, in the kitchen making up recipes, in the garden building a meadow with medicinal plants, with my bees in the apiary, with my family, and learning all I can about yoga and Ayurveda. My specialties are standup paddleboard yoga, Ayurveda (the diet and lifestyle part of yoga), and telling really dry jokes during a yoga class. I also love a good handstand and love to play with the trickier yoga postures.
