Fall Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat
October 9-12, 2026
Martinsburg, WV
Join Angelina for an immersive weekend in Ayurveda, the diet and lifestyle sister science to yoga!
Fall is a time for introspection and self awareness. A time to take stock of all that has happed, who you are, how it is all going. In the yoga sutras this is called svadhya. Fall is also the perfect time to integrate Ayurveda practices to nourish your body, mind, and spirit, to support the inward journey.
Fall, know as part of vata season, is a time when we add seasonal routine to help bolster the immune system for the upcoming winter months. It’s also a time to add extra nourishment for the body with warming spices in the food.
This retreat will offer you a weekend to learn about Ayurveda principles around vata, pitta, and kapha to help gain insight into your own unique constitution. We will discuss daily and seasonal practices, as well as experience them, that may help connect you more deeply to your innate inner wisdom.
