Flow Through the Seven Chakras Flow
Series or Drop-In

Mondays, May 18-June 29, 2020 | 11:30am-12:15pm EST

The seven chakras are energy centers located along our spine that move our energy through our body. When one, or more, is out of balance or overactive, we start to see imbalance, unhappiness, disease, and other issues arise in our life. This series will offer a lunch time break to move and flow with a focus on one chakra each week to see where there may be an imbalance, stretch and strengthen the body, and weave the philosophy of yoga into our practice so we can begin to take it off the mat and into the world. Each day will begin with a centering guiding around the specific chakra for the day followed by an all-levels flow yoga class meant to tap into the philosophy connecting us on a deeper level to our yoga practice. This course is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners, however, some yoga experience is recommended.

This course will run 11:30am-12:15pm EST, May 18-June 29. Please select your registration option below. This series builds on each previous class, so although drop-in is an option, you may miss a few things if you do not take the whole series. An email with a link to the class(es) you register for will be emailed to you after registration. If you register for the full series after May 21, you will still receive access to all seven class recordings. This course is worth 5.25 non-contact CEU’s through Yoga Alliance.

Once registered, you will receive a link to the live online course. If you are unable to attend at the designated time, the course will be recorded and sent to everyone regardless of attendance to watch at your leisure. Please join me!

Gentle Yoga and Meditation
Series or Drop-In

Thursdays, May 21-July 2, 2020 | 7-7:45pm EST

What better way to end your day than with some gentle stretching and meditation to melt the work of the day away and prepare yourself for deep sleep? These classes are meant to wind down the nervous system to reduce anxiety and stress from the day. No props are needed for these classes, including a yoga mat. It will be helpful to have a comfortable place where you can sit on the floor and have space to move your body around.

This course is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners and meditation experience as well as complete beginners. This course will run 7:45-8:15pm EST, May 20-July 1. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to class start time forfeit the registration fee. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to class start time will receive a full refund. Please remember, even if you are unable to attend in person, you will receive a recorded copy of the class.
