Every participant must complete this form and pay in full to register. If you are registering as a double with another person, please indicate their name in the appropriate field below. Once you have completed this form, you will be directed to the payment page. If you are sharing a room, the price for two people is a double, singles are for one person only (make sure to indicate who you are paying for in the notes if you are registering for a double).

All doubles are shared beds, the triple is individual twins.

Do you have any diet restrictions? *

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate vegan, or strict gluten-free/celiac diet restrictions. Vegetarian options will be provided. We will have a buffet meal for dinner on Saturday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday. A menu for Friday night will be sent prior to the event where you may choose one option for dinner. If you are only coming for the day, we will have BBQ for dinner. If you are staying for the weekend, you are welcome to bring items you would like to have and store in the refrigerator.

Do you have any food allergies? *

We will do our best to accommodate food allergies with the exception of diets that are not able to eat foods processed in a facility with nuts or wheat (such as celiac). Although we may be able to provide nut and gluten free options, the products may have been processed in a facility with those items.

What’s Not Included

Airfare, car rental, transportation other than designated as part of the trip, taxes, gratuities, travel insurance, alcoholic beverages. If you are coming for only the day on Saturday, no overnight accommodations are provided.
