Please complete the below registration form for the Wine, Adventure, and Yoga Holiday to Portugal 2026.

Every participant must complete this form and submit their $1,000 deposit to register. If you are registering as a double with another person, please indicate their name in the appropriate field below. Once you have completed this form, you will be directed to the payment page for the deposit. You may add two deposits to your cart at check out if you only wish to pay once for two people on one reservation (make sure to indicate who you are paying a deposit for in the notes).

A second payment of $1,000 will be due on May 1, 1026 and final installment will be due August 1, 2026. Save $50 if you pay in full at registration!

If you are paying in full, please pay the $1,000 deposit and indicate either in this form or in the notes of your deposit that you are planning to pay in full. We will send you an invoice for the remaining amount owed reflecting the discount.

If you are travelling by yourself and would like to sign up for a double with a roommate, you may sign up to be on the waitlist to see if another person to share a room with registers. You do not need to pay the deposit to be put on the waitlist, please indicate on the form that this is the option you are looking for. You will know no later than April 1, 2026 if a roommate has been able to be located or not. At the time a roommate has been found, both people sharing the room must pay their $1,000 deposit and the remaining payments installments. There is no guarantee we will be able to find a roommate, and bookings as singles and doubles/pairs will have priority.
